All prices are in US dollars. These are the base packages; optional extras increase the total. The booking calendar shows current availability. Coverage starts at your selected appointment time, in Pacific Time.

Outfit changes take place within the booked session time. Additional locations, extra coverage, prints, albums and premium edits are included only when listed in your package or selected as an extra. For packages without a stated photo count or delivery deadline, Robert confirms those details before booking. A personalized mixtape is a finished digital product; its runtime is not an appointment duration.
Deposits & paying the remaining balance
- A minimum 25% deposit is required at booking. You may choose to pay 50%, 75% or the full amount instead.
- The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the event starts, in Pacific Time.
- Bookings made within 24 hours of the event require full payment.
- The card is not charged automatically for the balance. Use the private booking link in your confirmation email to return and pay through Stripe.
- The deposit is part of your package total, not an additional fee. For example, a $950 total has a $237.50 minimum deposit and a $712.50 remaining balance.
Cancellation, refunds & rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment are nonrefundable; however, clients may request to reschedule with Robert, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments, result in forfeiture of the full booking payment. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. Requests involving serious illness, family emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered individually at management's sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested, and exceptions are not guaranteed.
How to request cancellation
Open the private booking link in your confirmation email and choose “Submit cancellation request.” Robert receives the request and reviews it in Studio Admin. Your time remains reserved until Robert confirms cancellation; online balance payments are paused during review. Refund eligibility is recorded using the time your request is submitted. Eligible refunds are processed separately by Robert through Stripe; submitting a request does not issue an automatic refund.
