This policy describes information handled through the Robert Zee Photo website and how to contact us about it.

Information you provide

When you submit a booking or service inquiry, we collect the information you enter. This may include your name, email address, phone number, session or event type, date, time, location, package, guest count and notes. Personalized mix inquiries may also include song choices, preferences and descriptions of photos or other creative material you want to use. Please share only what is needed to plan your service.

How your information is used

Robert uses your information to respond to you, plan services, manage appointments, communicate about changes and maintain booking records. Studio administrators can review and update appointment information. Signing in to the admin panel through ChatGPT provides an account identifier and email address, and may provide a name, to verify access.

Website providers and other services

The website’s hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the site and store submitted requests. Sign-in services process information needed to authenticate administrators. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the security of the service. Links to Instagram, YouTube and other external services take you to websites with their own privacy policies.

Payments

This website does not currently collect card numbers through its booking forms. When Stripe Checkout is enabled for a booking, Stripe will process payment information under its own privacy policy. Do not include payment card details in inquiry forms, appointment notes or email.

Cookies, storage and tracking

Your cookie preference is saved in your browser on this device. No advertising or analytics cookies are currently used by this website. You can reject optional cookies and still browse or send an inquiry. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Essential sign-in and service functions may use necessary storage.

The current website does not use advertising trackers to follow you across other websites and does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track browser signal. External websites you choose to visit may have different tracking practices.

Retention and your choices

Contact Robert to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask how long a particular record is retained. Information may need to be retained for ongoing services, payment records, disputes or legal requirements. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

Children and family sessions

Parents, guardians and authorized school or event contacts should arrange services involving children. Please avoid entering unnecessary information about a child in a public inquiry. Contact Robert with questions about a child’s information or photography preferences.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes to how website information is handled will be identified in a notice on the website.
